Postage/shipping is charged at a flat rate based on your total order.  We advise you to group your items into one order.  All prices are in stirling (£).  Large and/or very fragile items may be sent by courier.  Please ensure you include your telephone number when ordering.  Some items may require a signature on delivery.

International Orders

We ship internationally at our standard shipping rates with the exception of large items such as drums.  This is because the rate of postage for such items frequently exceeds the price of the item.  If you would like to purchase a large item and live outside the UK please contact us before purchasing and we will get back to you regarding the cost of shipment with no obligation to purchase.

Delivery

Please allow us 5 working days to dispatch your order although we frequently dispatch orders on the day we receive them.   Items are delivered via the Post Office with the exception of large items which are dispatched via courier.  Some items may require a signature on delivery.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

In the event that your goods have not been received within 2 weeks of order please contact us as soon as possible. 

Money Back Guarantee & Returns

Money Back Guarantee - All goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery without reason, providing they are in the perfect condition they were delivered in. 

Other Returns - Notification of any damaged items, shortages or any other discrepancies must be received within 7 days of delivery.   You can notify us by email at customerservices@indieshaman.co.uk or by phoning 01454 855755.   Please contact us first before returning any item.

We will refund your postage costs providing the item you are returning is damaged or faulty.

The buyer will be responsible for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the buyer.  We strongly recommend you return goods in their original packaging where possible.
